Refund & Return Policy:
Customers may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.
We cannot accept items for return that have been opened or used. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
Once we receive a return from the customer (with all of the proper information), we will credit the customer account and notify the customer.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Cancel Your Order:
To cancel your order, please send an email to order@perfumemena.com within 5 hours of placing your order.
Damaged Product Claims:
Each package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If a customer claims that one of the products is damaged, the customer may file a claim with us to investigate the situation.
The claim form is below: After receiving the claim, perfumemena.com, in most circumstances, will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection.
